NubaMail is an email service for everyday communication. Members use an @nubamail.com address for work, personal messages and online accounts. New accounts are available by invitation.
Can I create an account?
New accounts are available by invitation. Your invitation includes your account details and setup instructions.
How do I get an invitation?
Invitations are issued by the people who manage NubaMail membership. If you have been invited, follow the instructions included with your account details.

How do I access my email?
Go to Member access to sign in. If you have lost your details or cannot get in, contact [email protected].
I’ve lost my invitation. How do I get my account details?
Contact [email protected] to have your invitation and setup instructions resent.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Open password recovery and enter your username or email. If your request cannot be processed, contact [email protected]. Never send your password or verification codes with a help request.
Messages & privacy
I received an email from a NubaMail address. Can I reply?
Yes. Reply from your usual email app, just as you would to any other email. Check the sender before following unexpected links or opening attachments. To report spam or abuse from a NubaMail address, write to [email protected].
How do I get help with my account?
Write to [email protected] with a description of the problem. Never include your password or verification codes.
